Connecting a VP300 to a VP100 

  1. 1. Power down the VP100.
  2. 2. Connect the RJ45(small phone line) into the Pin Pad port of the VP100.
  3. Power on the VP100. 
Note: If the PIN pad does not turn on, contact your ISO to configure the VP100 to accept External PIN Pad Support.

Enabling External PIN Pad Support via Online Portal. 

  1. In the Portal, Navigate to Device Management.
  2. Locate the EPI for your VP100, then click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) and select Edit Parameters.
  3. Scroll down to Terminal & Transactions, toggle Enable External PIN pad Support to Yes and click Save.
  4. Perform a Package Download on your VP100 to save the changes.
