Disable Prompt for Customer Name on Valor Devices

Overview 

If a Valor terminal is prompting customer name during transactions, this indicates the Vault Card Saver is toggled on; this must be toggled off at terminal level.  

To remove this prompt, the Vault Card Saver must be disabled directly on the terminal. 

Instructions 
VL550s
  1. Select 3 lines at the bottom of the screen
  2. Select Settings
  3. Tap Vault Card Saver
  4. Toggle the setting off
VL100 Pros
  1. Select 3 lines
  2. Select Set Up
  3. Tap Vault Card Saver
  4. Select Disable
Additional Notes
Disabling the Vault Card Saver will stop the terminal from prompting customer name entry.

This change only affects the terminal where the setting is updated.
