How to Increase and Decrease Rates by Processor

Rate Increases

Envoy Central	To request a pricing increase: Complete and obtain signatures on the Rate Review/Price Change Request Form . Submit the signed form via ticket to Envoy Central.

EPI	Annual Price Increase Opt-In EPI does their annual price increase opt-in. Envoy sends a notification to all reps, and reps can opt to increase their merchants by one of the following options: 5 basis points 5 basis points & $0.03/txn Note: This does not require a signed form. Annual Price Increase Opt-In

EPI does their annual price increase opt-in. Envoy sends a notification to all reps, and reps can opt to increase their merchants by one of the following options:

5 basis points
5 basis points & $0.03/txn

Note: This does not require a signed form.

Pricing Increases Throughout the Year

To increase the following:

Interchange Plus Pricing
Flat Rate Pricing
Tiered Pricing
ERR Pricing
Addition of PIN Debit
Addition of EBT
Addition of Fees

Email the EPI Pricing Update Request Form to pricing@electronicpayments.com .

For the Following Programs:

Surcharge Pricing
RCD (Reverse Cash Discount) Pricing
Dual Pricing
Cash Discount Pricing
Addition of PIN Debit
Addition of EBT
Addition of Fees

Important: Be sure to complete the required section on page 2 of the TSF (Terminal Setup Form) before submission.
