How to Perform a Ping Test on the FT-150 Terminal
Overview
A ping test helps determine whether the FD150 terminal is successfully communicating over the network. If the test fails, it can indicate an issue with the Ethernet connection or internet service.
Verify the following before running the ping test:
- The LAN (Ethernet) cable is firmly connected to the terminal.
- The Ethernet cable is properly connected through the power module, if applicable.
- The terminal is powered on.
Steps to Run a Ping Test on the FD150

From the main screen, tap the top-right corner to open Tools.

Select Wi-Fi.

Tap Ping.

Press Enter to start the test.
Interpreting the Results

The terminal displays a successful connection message, indicating the Ethernet connection is working properly.
