Installing Envoy Connect Dashboard

The Envoy Connect Dashboard runs in a Chrome browser window and supports additional payment flows for Envoy Connect, including:

  • Mobile Payments
  • Payment Portal
  • Recurring Payments

Installation

  1. First, Envoy will set up the customer’s login credentials in the Envoy Connect Portal.

    1. Without a username and password, the merchant will be unable to log into the Envoy Connect Dashboard.

  2. Next, navigate to: www.POSplusinvoices.com

  3. Log in using the merchant credentials.

  4. Once on the page, you may wish to save this URL as an application icon on the user’s mobile device for easy access. This is especially recommended for field service workers.

Save Envoy Connect Dashboard as a Home Screen Icon

We recommend using the Chrome browser on both iOS and Android devices, although the same process works in other browsers such as Safari and Edge.

To save the Envoy Connect Dashboard as an app icon:

  1. Open www.POSplusinvoices.com in the browser.

  2. Tap the Share button POS dashboard install-Icon_KB Media to the right of the address bar.

  4. Select Add to Home Screen.

  5. Name the app Envoy Connect.

  6. Tap Add.

The Envoy Connect Dashboard will now appear on the device home screen like a standard app.
