Swipe Simple | How can I keep track of my inventory?

To enable inventory tracking on the web dashboard:

1. Navigate to Items and either:
   1. Click Add Item to create a new item, or
   2. Select an existing item to edit
      
2. Locate the Keep track of inventory dropdown
3. Select Yes
4. In the Count on hand field, enter the current quantity available
5. Save your changes

This will begin tracking inventory levels for that item.

SwipeSimple Mobile

To enable inventory tracking on the mobile app:

1. Open the app and go to Items
2. Tap to:
   • Add a new item, or
   • Edit an existing item
3. Toggle Track Inventory to turn it on
4. Enter the quantity in the highlighted Quantity field
5. Tap Create or Update Item to save
   

Once inventory tracking is enabled, SwipeSimple will automatically update quantities as items are sold, helping you maintain accurate stock levels.
