Application Process

  1. Complete the VCI Application & Coversheet.

  2. Complete the Sample ACH Authorization Form.

    1. A sample authorization form is available on the Sales Resources 2.0 Dashboard under ACH Solutions. 
  3. Provide the sample authorization form to the merchant and have them add their company logo and header before using it. 
    Important: Once approved, the merchant must continue using the VeriCheck ACH Authorization Form for all ACH transactions. If another authorization form is used and a chargeback occurs, VeriCheck may terminate the merchant's ACH account.
  4.  After the merchant has completed and signed the application, Sales Support will submit the application on the merchant's behalf. 
    Note: Sales Representatives should return the completed and signed application to Sales Support for processing. Sales Support is responsible for submitting the application to VeriCheck.
