VCI Application Process

VCI-Logo

Overview

VCI is an ACH solution that integrates with the Accept.Blue and Envoy (NMI) gateways.

Documents to Send to the Rep

Provide the following documents to the sales rep:

  1. VCI Application & Coversheet

  2. VCI Sample ACH Authorization Form

  3. VCI Underwriting Guidelines

These forms are also located in the Sales Resources dashboard.

Documentation Required from the Rep

The rep should submit the following to Sales Support:

  1. Completed & signed VCI application

  2. Voided check

  3. Three (3) months of bank statements

  4. Driver’s License

  5. ACH Authorization Form

Note:

Additional documentation may be required depending on merchant volume. Refer to the underwriting guidelines for details.

Submission Process

Once the signed VCI application and supporting documentation are received:

Note:

The merchant can attach their header/logo to the sample auth form. If the merchant uses the form, ensure to let the rep know that the merchant is required to use the new auth form going forward. If they fail to do so and were to get a chargeback using a different auth form, VCI will terminate the account.
